We restarted our journey in 2021 with a vision to build a Gigs Platform of the future. For this, we had to build the supply engine first and thus started working on “Performance Accelerator” which became the heart of TFH–Trained for Hire, our supply side engine. This will empower our TOD Gigs Platform in the future to deliver Tech, Outreach and Deals Gigs for global clients, delivering high value at right price points.

Second, to solve for on demand hiring, the necessity for Gigs Platform, were vamped our hiring vertical, Recruitment as a Service (RaaS)with Hiring Monk–“Kaizen for Recruiting” and MyReferrels.IO to monetize everyone’s network. This has evolved to be a stand-alone engine of growth for ourselves and to dozens of clients we service In India and Overseas.
